Miki is our residential green building consultant in Austin and central Texas . Miki’s expertise in residential construction and resource management is combined with a passion for green building. She has spent many years in both the design/build and production building arenas, and areas of expertise include project specifications, product sourcing, job costing, and developing relationships.

Miki's efforts are aimed at improving durability, lowering total cost of ownership, and increasing customer satisfaction. Miki works collaboratively with homebuilders, design professionals, and sub-contractors, coaching each project team to meet their sustainability goals. Her primary focus is to help build affordable, sustainable, energy efficient and healthy homes using the LEED for Homes Green Rating System developed by the US Green Building Council.
