Celia Mendoza

Celia holds a Bachelor of Art in Studio of Art from the University of Texas in Austin and a Master of Architecture from the University of Texas at San Antonio.  She has taught urban design at the College of Art and Design in Christchurch, New Zealand.  As a graduate student, she also taught architecture and urban design at Austin Elementary in San Antonio through a grant from the National Endowment for the Arts.
Prior to joining Contects, Celia helped develop the City of Poth Comprehensive Plan, the City of Windcrest Corridor Study, Masterplan, and revitalization.  She also designed the Civil Rights Memorial Garden in conjunction with the City of San Antonio and the University of Texas at San Antonio. 
Celia is our LEED for Homes and LEED for Neighborhood Design consultant in San Antonio.
