Founded in 1983, The Muskin Company has been specializing in quality construction in urban, "infill" locations in many parts of the Austin area. We were early supporters of the "Smart Growth" movement and have been awarded various citywide accolades including the Neighborhood Revitalization Award and Custom Builder of the Year award from the Austin Board of Realtors. As one of the area's leading home builders for the past 27 years, we have constructed more than 300 custom and speculative homes in many of Austin's most popular neighborhoods, including Old West Austin, Hyde Park, Travis Heights, Mueller, Tarrytown, Rosedale, Northwest Hills, Crestview, and Bouldin Creek. All of our home designs are "site specific" and we work closely with many of the city's top architects to insure that each individual design is compatible and fits in well with its surroundings.
Alan Muskin is a graduate of The University of Texas and has been in the real estate business for over 30 years.
